  • Interaction avec les départements internes à différents niveaux concernant des projets spécifiques.

Exigences:  

  • Excellente connaissance du français;  
  • Une bonne connaissance de l'anglais/et du serbe;  
  • Avoir la maîtrise du PC;  
  • Volonté et capacité d’apprendre;  
  • Compétences en matière de communication;  
  • Résistance au stress.

Job Advertisement: Manager of the Contact Center

We are looking for a Manager of the Contact Center to join our large international company.

The main responsibilities include:

  • Organization of smooth operation and effective functioning of the contact center;
  • Participation in recruitment process and interaction with HR department;
  • Implementation of planned indicators;
  • Effective team management (competent task setting, quality control, employee training and development);
  • Continuous analysis and improvement of the contact center work;
  • Maintaining employee working schedules (including interchanges);
  • Resolving financial and administrative matters;
  • Preparation and analysis of performance reports.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in the position of Contact Center Manager or CCM Assistant or 2 years of experience as a Supervisor;
  • Strong management skills;
  • Ability to make independent and timely decisions;
  • Responsibility and focus on results;
  • Experience in CRM Systems (may be considered an advantage);
  • Languages – Serbian, English at least C1 level, Russian as an advantage.

  • Salary based on the results of the interview, depending on experience and skills (salary + KPI);
