ConsulTeam, a GI GROUP company, provides professional services to clients in the field of Human Resources Consulting, Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development and Staff Administration.



On behalf of our client, we are looking for proactive, organized and results-oriented professionals to apply for following position:

Administrative Assistant




Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for organizing all meetings (premises, necessary equipment, proposal of agenda, compiling and distribution of meeting minutes)
  • Managing office supplies, costs, expenses and deliveries in the most efficient manner
  • Timely preparation and delivery of reports, analyses, presentations and translations with valid data
  • Ensure accurate administration of relevant data bases/systems
  • Keeping Manager's time schedule in the most efficient manner
  • Maintain Point of Sale Material (POSM) database, assist in managing warehousing & distribution of merchandising materials

 

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum high school education
  • At least 2 years of working experience in similar position
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
