Job responsibilities:


Management of overall financial operations, ensuring that all financial issues are transparent and in accordance with Serbian law and International financial rules

Preparation and control of annual budgets

Serve as a liaison between the business units and accounting

Perform value added financial analysis to evaluate alternatives to support appropriate business decisions

Managing ongoing banking relationships for maximum efficiency

Inform the General Manager of all financial aspects, KPIs, ratios and liquidity in a timely manner

Prepare monthly financial reports for the headquarters


Job requirements:

University degree in Economics

Minimum 3 years of experience in financial management with strong controlling and reporting or audit background

Working knowledge and understanding of corporate finances

Fluency in English language

Excellent communication skills, good problem solving and planning skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work precisely, understanding connections and contexts
