One of our international clients - a German software company is searching for experienced Office Manager to join its team in Belgrade.
- Implementation of office policies and procedures
- Coordination of office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency
- Administrative activities and record keeping
- Monitoring and maintenance of office supplies inventory
- Work closely with the team and managers
- Travel arrangements, itinerary preparation
- Expense reports and credit card reconciliation
- Holiday management and sick leave monitoring
- University degree in Business Administration or relevant specialty
- Previous professional experience in a multinational work environment and in office OR front office management is required
- Excellent command of English language is a must
- Very good knowledge of German language is desirable
- Organized, responsible person with very good multitasking, interpersonal and communication skills
