For expansive growing of our business in Serbia, Henkel is looking to fill the position of a:

 

Senior Brand Manager

 

Responsibilities:

 

Planning, organization, implementation and controlling of marketing activity plans

Developing and implementing brand activity plans in order to ensure that marketing objectives and sales results are achieved and in accordance with the overall EE brand strategy

Making brand decisions based on the information about the market, competition, clients and regularly statistics/reports (monthly turnovers, budgets, advertising, market shares development)

Budgeting

Understanding the impact of cost elements on brand profitability and control brand support expenses to ensure brand profitability objectives are achieved

Maintaining the relationship with Regional EE HQ and with other company departments (sales, R&D, SC, Legal, HR, Controlling, etc.)

Monitoring external creative, media and research agencies to ensure all brand activities are in line with the requirements

Preparing presentations and reports that will be the basis for marketing decisions about products, prices and distribution

Applying best practices in brand management to optimize efficiency and effectiveness

Developing, leading and coaching the BM team

 

Required qualifications:

 

University degree (preferably from the Faculty of Economics/Marketing Department or the Faculty of Organizational Sciences)

Minimum 5 years  of work experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing (preferably in FMCG industry)

Experience in working with media planning agencies, advertising agencies and market research agencies (e.g. Nielsen)

Experience in Sales would be considered as an advantage

Self-motivated individual, with the ability to work under tight deadlines

High level of analytical and strategic thinking ability, with the exceptional planning, organizational and numerical skills

Outstanding communication and presentation skills

Leadership skills with excellent abilities to motivate others

Competency in multitasking and handling complex issues

Fluency in written and spoken English

A high degree of competence using Microsoft Office packages
