You must possess the ability to be or become a technical team leader and deliver coaching, mentoring and training to clients and colleagues on a range of specialist topics. You will have an analytical yet innovative mindset and the desire to challenge conventional thinking.
Beside the required technical skills we are looking for highly communicative, open-minded and flexible candidates, as working in mixed and distributed teams will be normal.
Experience in as many of the following areas (either Java or .NET) is desirable.
Java: Java, J2EE, EJB, Spring Eclipse, Web Services, SOA, Message Queues
.NET: .NET, C#, Visual Studio, TFS, WPF, WCF, MVC, WebAPI
Processes and tools: OOA, OOD, EAI tools, Agile techniques (e.g. Scrum, XP), UML, Oracle, SQL Server, NoSQL, ALM, OS, SW Testing

Candidates will work in new Belgrade office. In teams they will write state-of-the-art software in Java and .NET using agile processes and cutting-edge tools.
