Job Location

Remote – Work from Home

What You’ll Do 

• Communicate with clients via text chat only. 
• Promote and sell agency services.

Job Benefits 

• Competitive salary: 81,000–87,000 RSD (depending on role).

Work Schedule 

• 5 days on, 2 days off, 8-hour shifts. 
• Weekend shifts are rotated with two days off during the week.

Shifts: 

• Morning: 07:00–15:00 
• Afternoon: 15:00–23:00 
• Night: 23:00–07:00

Please Note: 

• Candidates preferring night shifts only are welcome. 
• You must be willing to work all three shifts unless otherwise specified.

Requirements 

• Serbian citizenship. 
• High school diploma. 
• Excellent written English communication skills. 
• Fast and accurate typing skills. 
• Ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously.

Technical Requirements 

• PC or Laptop with:
      
  • Minimum 8GB RAM 
  • Quad-core processor (4 CPU cores) 
  • At least 4GB of available storage 
  • Windows 10 or later   
• Stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 5 Mbps

Preferred (Optional) 

• English language certifications. 
• Strong sales skills with a proven ability to drive sales via text communication.
