Our company keeps growing and, therefore, we are looking for new colleagues for the position “B2B marketing associate”.

 

Responsibilities 

• Generate new meetings with potential & targeted customers using personalized outreach (Phone, email, social) 
• Maintaining a healthy pipeline of meetings booked for Account Executives is the goal of this role 
• Oversee and spearhead the start of the sales cycle from prospect to qualification 
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing on projects that help drive inbound & outbound revenue growth 
• Collaborate with team members to share and learn from best practices

In short: Our client is a well-positioned marketing company in the USA that helps medical institutions with generating additional revenue. Our goal is to contact as many medical institutions in the USA as we can in order to present to them our clients’ services.

Qualifications 

• Previous experience with outbound prospecting will be considered as a plus 
• Excellent verbal & written communication, must be fluent in English 
• A self-starter, focused, dynamic, and eager to learn 
• Must be available for work Monday-Friday, 3PM-11PM 
• Organized and possess strong time management skills

Initial training is provided and we will make sure you have everything needed in order to successfully start your job.

Compensation plan is based on fixed amount and excellent commission/ bonus plan paid monthly.

Office Location: New Belgrade. The role can be performed onsite, remote or on a hybrid schedule, in compliance with the Company’s Remote and Flexible Work Policy.
