German company is searching for an individual that will become a member of our team based in Serbia.
Our office is located in Pancevo, but mostly you will be able to work from home via Skype, Viber and other media in purposes of conference calls with CEO, translations, meetings, dictations etc.
The daily routine of an Assistant/secretary is rarely the same from day to day. Typical duties include managing a complex schedule for the CEO. That includes booking meetings, conference calls and travel. You might take meeting minutes, write reports, prepare correspondence and prioritize items that need attention.
Skills and knowledge:
- University Degree preferably in Accounting, Finance Management or Economics
- Very good interpersonal skills
- Intermediate to fluent English, German and Russian language
- PC literacy (MS Office applications) + social media and messengers
- Experience as an Assistant/secretary will be considered as a huge advantage
- Mandatory experience related to administration, (online) marketing, translating or simmilar positions
- Focused on and flexible to meet deadlines
- Proactive approach
- Effective team worker
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
