Your skills:
-English proficiency (oral and written) is a must
-Good communication skills
-Customer service orientation
-Decision making skills and analytical approach to solving problems
-Ability to follow defined processes and procedures
-Proficiency in MS Office package and advanced use of Internet
Your responsibilities:
-Effectively respond to customer request by phone/email
-Provide accurate information to customers
-Respond to customer questions and complaints
-You need to be able to work in shifts (only work days 8-16, 11-19)
