Assurance & compliance. Act as the local responsible to guarantee that the country organization is following the guidelines.

Planning & Controlling. Ensure the business planning process in the country and be the interface to Balkan CFO to discuss the outcomes. Ensure the implementation of the accepted plans and the controlling of actual figures. Initiate actions in cases of deviasions.

Accounting & Reporting. Ensure an efficient organization to conduct all legal necessities in terms of accounting and the generation of the local balance sheet. Ensure a consistent reporting to HQ in the framework of HQ guidelines. Ensure the adaptation of the reporting to local needs.

Project, Contract & Risk Management. Ensure an adequate support of Divisions and projects through the Finance Department.

Treasury. Ensure the local cash forecast to be aligned with HQ. Arrange with HQ the definition of accepted banks for the local businesses.

Tax. Ensure the elaboration of all tax statements for the company, interact with the local authorities and the global HQ Tax area. Optimise the tax structure on a country basis.

Finance. Optimization of legal set-up (e.g. no. of companies) and legal finance structure in co-operation with the HQ and the Balkan CFO. Ensure the local implementation of divisional or HQ global and regional projects.

HR. Leadership, development and evaluation of the finance and controlling resources in the country, succession planning. Interact with Balkan CFO in these HR matters.

Projects. Continuous cost reductions and improvements in cost efficiency, responsible for group function cost reductions in the country in co-operation with Balkan CFO.


University degree in Finance or Economics

5 years of experience in Finance and Accounting

Good leadership, team work and communication skills

Experience in international company is welcome

Fluent English

Computer skills (MS Office)

SAP knowledge is welcome
