On behalf of our client, Samsung Electronics, we are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to fill in the following position:

Key Account Manager



The Key Account Manager is responsible for achieving and further developing business sales results with assigned key accounts. The key function comprises superior customer relationship management. It is necessary to understand the business and identify the needs of the key accounts in order to provide outstanding customer service and meet customer requirements.

  • Increasing sales of Samsung products and achieving agreed targets within the key accounts
  • Planning business expansion, promotion and pricing activities with customer
  • Defining targets together with the customers for each store and evaluating results
  • Analysing sales performance based on defined key performance indicators (KPIs) for each customer
  • Setting up improvements together with the shop floor assistant in order to reach best results
  • Ensuring optimised product availability
  • Ensuring adequate presence of products and developing and supporting marketing and Point of Sales (POS) activities
  • Following stock level (inventory) on customer level and providing sell out solutions

Required qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience from Consumer Electronics or FMCG
  • Proven sales track records
  • Hands-on approach, creative thinking and problem solving abilities
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Proven sales track records
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English
  • PC literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
