Our client is an international company that has as its main activity the import and distribution of trucks spare parts.
Tasks and responsabilities:
Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
Propose the annual Sales Department’s objectives and sets the sales targets.
Establish and respect the Sales Department’s budget.
Supervises the subordinates’ activity.
Track the company’s activity, with the purpose of maintaining the relation with the current clients, promoting the company and finding development opportunities.
Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
Bachelor Degree, preferably in Economics or a technical field
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the auto (spare parts) or very similar domain
Courses: Selling and customer care, Finances, Human Resource Management
Basic finance knowledge
Vehicle spare parts knowledge
Computer literacy: MS Office, MS Outlook, SAP, identification software
Foreign language knowledge: English and German
Strongly sales oriented, responsible and upright person
