Our client is an asset management and advisory group based in Podgorica.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Office Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Director, ensuring the smooth running of the office on a day-today basis. The ideal applicant will come from a similar role and have some experience of supporting a high level team. The candidate must be well presented at all times and have impeccable communication skills.
Provide general administrative support to the Director.
Manage the main switchboard, incoming calls and enquiries.
Greet guests on arrival.
Set-up and assist with internal meetings, including catering and all provisions.
Manage all incoming and outgoing post, including local and international couriers.
Manage and maintain all office supplies, including stationery, catering provisions and copier machine supplies.
Book travel for the team, including flights and hotel accommodation.
Book taxis/chauffeurs when required.
Create presentations as/when required.
Ensure the office runs efficiently on a daily basis.
Translate documents into Montenegrin and English.
Liaise with Third parties, consultants, government bodies, institutions, etc.
Education & Qualifications:
Must hold a University degree or above; ideally in Business Administration.
Minimum 3year’s experience working in an administrative role.
Excellent communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.
Pro-active with a hands-on approach.
Flexible and approachable team member.
Flexibility of traveling within the country.
General understanding of corporate law.
Proficient user of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Fluent in English, oral and written.
Knowledge of Russian is an advantage, but not essential.
