Project implementation and procurement trainer (1 position)
Task: Delivery of training on EU project implementation and procurement for municipality staff (maximum 8 days in October / November 2011).
Qualifications / Experience:
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in public or private sector;
Relevant university degree
Substantial experience in delivery of trainings on EU project implementation and procurement
Fluency in Serbian and English;
Experience in implementation of projects in the field of provision of social services is an advantage.
