For the needs of our clients, we are looking for a proactive individual who has interest in both finance and sales and who is customer and goal oriented, to work in their brand new call center and be in charge of account management.
- Proficient interaction with a variety of online systems
- Identifying sales and retention opportunities, and presenting an all-inclusive solution to retail clients
- Execution campaigns through outbound contacts to customers
- Implementing proven sales and service techniques to build customer relationships, enhance the customer’s buying experience, retain customers, and exceed customer care commitments
- Following operational procedures in every contact with the customer
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Sales-minded work approach
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Can-do attitude
- Knowledge of financial markets and products is a plus
