Organizing and Responsible for whole process of supply chain management in the market for one brand, especially maintain central distribution on the right level.
Keep daily working contact with suppliers, stores, distributor
Plan, implement and drive strategy to maximize product and cost benefits, by selecting and negotiating with vendors.
Based on the growth strategy, define the opportunities for the company and drive the purchasing and maximizing the company’s profit.
Actively participates in creating, updating and delivering the AOP plan on yearly level.
Create and update the central forecasts to ensure high KPI level in stores.
Proactively looking for the best practices from other markets and cooperates with local suppliers and producers.
Manage new product development ( NPD) process from supply chain side
maintain the datas in Micros, making regular and non regular reports to HQ
Actively participate in other supply projects, even one’s out of AmRest
Reporting directly to Regional Supply Chain Director
University degree- Bachelor or Masters
2+ years of relevant experience
high level of accuracy and reliability, ready to organize your own working time.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and negotiation skills.
Strategic and out of the box thinking.
Proactiveness and self-motivation in delivering high quality results in an efficient and accurate manner and under time pressure.
Good knowledge of MS Office
QSR, Horeca, Logistic experience is an advantage
Fluency in English both written and spoken
