International Customer Support Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

Communication with international customers (reception and processing of incoming queries via phone, email, live chat)
Providing support to clients; assistance with current issues
Registration of information in the database
Interaction with internal departments on different levels regarding specific projects

Required Qualifications:

Knowledge of one of the following languages: English, French, Turkish, Hindi, Arabic, Bengali, Hungarian, Bulgarian, Greek or Spanish (B2 level and higher)
Competent spoken and written language
Confident PC user
Readiness and ability to learn
Communication skills
Responsibility
Stress resistance
