International Customer Support Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Communication with international customers (reception and processing of incoming queries via phone, email, live chat)
- Providing support to clients; assistance with current issues
- Registration of information in the database
- Interaction with internal departments on different levels regarding specific projects
Required Qualifications:
- Knowledge of one of the following languages: English, French, Turkish, Hindi, Arabic, Bengali, Hungarian, Bulgarian, Greek or Spanish (B2 level and higher)
- Competent spoken and written language
- Confident PC user
- Readiness and ability to learn
