Customer Support Representative (Hungarian)

Do you have a passion for languages and helping others? Are you eager to learn and thrive in a dynamic environment?

We are looking for a motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative!

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with international customers (phone, email, live chat) in Hungarian and English.
  • Provide exceptional support to clients, resolving inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
  • Register information accurately and efficiently in our database.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless project completion.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and spoken Hungarian (B2 or higher).
  • Good working knowledge of English.
  • Confident PC user with strong organizational skills.
  • Eager to learn, adaptable, and a quick learner.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Stress resistant and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
