Responsibilities:
- Communicate with international customers (phone, email, live chat) in Hungarian and English.
- Provide exceptional support to clients, resolving inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
- Register information accurately and efficiently in our database.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless project completion.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and spoken Hungarian (B2 or higher).
- Good working knowledge of English.
- Confident PC user with strong organizational skills.
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and a quick learner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Stress resistant and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
