About the Position: 

As a Game Presenter, you are the face of the company to

online players, hosting and guiding live card games such as Blackjack in a

professional and engaging way.

No previous experience is needed — you’ll receive full training and

mentoring from experienced colleagues in ARRISE’s newest high-tech studio at

Green Heart business complex in New Belgrade. 

This is a dynamic role in a 24/7 live broadcast environment,

organized into rotating 3-shift schedules. 

Full-time | Office job 

Your Responsibilities:   

• Hosting and managing Blackjack games in front of the camera with confidence and enthusiasm  
• Creating fun and professional atmosphere that keeps players engaged and entertained  
• Following strict gameplay rules and procedures to ensure fairness and integrity  
• Maintaining professional appearance and behavior during live sessions  
• Collaborating with international team members and game supervisors  
• Continuously improving your performance with feedback and support 

What ARRISE expects from you:   

• Fluency in English (spoken and written)  
• Completed high school education  
• Availability for a 40-hour workweek in a rotating shift system  
• Confidence, adaptability, and a strong sense of responsibility  
• Enthusiasm for being on camera and delivering high-quality entertainment  
• No previous experience required — just a positive attitude and willingness to learn!

About the Position: 

As a Shuffler, you will be responsible for professionally and

accurately shuffling card decks in a live online casino environment. This role

is essential in building trust between players and game presenters by ensuring

that all games are run fairly and according to established procedures. 

No previous experience are required — all training is provided by

ARRISE! 

Location: New Belgrade

Three-shift system | Full-time | Office job 

Your responsibilities:   

• Preparing and shuffling cards at the tables in accordance with procedures learned during training  
• Ensuring all cards are correctly shuffled and the gameplay remains fair  
• Communicating with game zone supervisors and ensuring all procedures are followed precisely  
• Monitoring card quality and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly  
• Accurately and timely filling out required work logs according to company standards

• Good hand coordination and attention to detail

• Willingness to work flexible hours in rotating shifts (24/7 environment)
