radnik u računovodstvu

Opis posla: 

· Vođenje i usklađivanje arhive i računovodstvene dokumentacije, 

· Evidencija blagajne i obračun putnih naloga, 

· Komunikaciju sa eksternim knjigovodstvom, 

· Unošenje ulaznih faktura i kontrolu dokumentacije, 

· Unos i knjiženje izvoda i svih poslovnih promena u skladu sa važećim propisima, 

· Kontrola i verifikacija svih analitičkih evidencija i usaglašavanje sa glavnom knjigom, 

· Fakturisanje, 

· Administrativnu obradu i arhiviranje radnih naloga, 

· Pripremu i unos podataka za obračun zarada (u saradnji sa eksternim knjigovodstvom), 

· Saradnju sa komercijalnim timom, proizvodnjom i eksternim knjigovođama, 

· Rad na SEF-u – unos i proveru e-faktura u skladu sa zakonskom regulativom, 

· Vođenje robnog knjigovodstva, 

· Evidencija utroška i zaliha kroz knjigovodstveni program po radnim nalozima, 

· Uskladjivanje evidencija potraživanja sa dužnicima i obaveza sa poveriocima, 

· Učešće u izradi godišnjih finansijskih i statističkih izveštaja. 


Šta očekujemo


· Srednja ili viša stručna sprema (poželjno ekonomski smer), 

· Radno iskustvo na sličnim poslovima, 

· Dobro poznavanje MS Office paketa (Excel i Word) i administrativnih procedura, 

· Iskustvo u radu sa Pentheon i Biznis soft računovodstvenim programina smatra se prednošći, 

· Odgovornost, preciznost i posvećenost detaljima,

Accounting & Reporting Specialist – Local Tax Compliance

Job description   

  • Ensure accurate and timely execution, preparation, and submission of financial reports in compliance with relevant frameworks and local regulations  
  • Maintain high-quality accounting and reporting as a base for business steering and compliance  
  • Identify and address quality issues in reporting, communicating corrective actions to the team  
  • Perform reconciliations, analytical reviews, and maintain internal controls  
  • Review, prepare and post journal entries, costs, revenues, accruals, and intercompany charges, and administrative tasks linked to treasury (cash flow)  
  • Collaborate to align local business needs with global frameworks and improve financial operations  
  • Contribute in working with Group and Country organisation to minimise deviations from standard global frameworks for local business needs and compliance reasons  
  • Carry out internal and external audit related work, yearly filings and other compliance activities  
  • Promote a safe working environment in accordance with company policies and values 

 

Position requirements   

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field  
  • 3-5 years of increasingly responsible accounting or auditing experience in larger organisation (experience in retail industry is an advantage)  
  • Ability to communicate in English 

· Mandatory SAP experience   

  • Advanced knowledge of local and international accounting principles  
  • Understanding the impact of company legal (GAAP, Tax, statistical) obligations, governance and compliance
