We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the front line of support for our valued customers, ensuring that our clients have an excellent experience while using the services.
- Respond to customer inquiries via livechat, email, phone or social media platforms.
- Resolve product or service-related problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Track customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the company's products, services, and policies.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer issues are addressed effectively.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
-At least a Bachelor's degree in any discipline;
-Excellent knowledge of English + Hindi/Bengali/Urdu/Nepali languages;
-Excellent communication skills and a high literacy rate;
-Ability to travel/relocate after the probation period (~2 months);
-Must possess a high-performance computer suitable for remote work, as well as a stable Internet connection is required.
Will be an advantage:
- Customer support or VA experience is a major advantage.
