International Customer Support Specialist (English + Serbian)
Job Responsibilities:
• Communication with international customers (reception and processing of incoming queries via phone, e-mail, live chat);
• Perform moderately complex customer support tasks;
• Registration of information in the database;
• Interaction with internal departments on different levels regarding specific projects.
Required Qualifications:
• Expertise in specific languages both in speech and writing: English and Serbian (knowledge of Russian and Chinese will be an advantage);
• Confident PC user;
• Bachelor's degree;
• Customer orientation;
• Responsibility;
• Stress resistance.
