Job Opening: Customer Support Representative
We're in search of a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary support for our valued customers, ensuring an outstanding experience while utilizing our services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, email, phone, or social media platforms.
- Resolve product or service-related issues by understanding the customer's complaint, identifying the root cause, presenting the best solution, and ensuring follow-up for resolution.
- Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information using the appropriate methods and tools.
- Track and document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's products, services, and policies.
- Collaborate with team members and various departments to effectively address customer issues.
- Contribute to team efforts by completing related tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Proficient in English + Hindi/Bengali/Urdu/Nepali languages.
- Strong communication skills and high literacy rates.
- Willingness to travel/relocate post-probation period (~2 months).
- Must have a high-performance computer suitable for remote work and a stable internet connection.
Advantageous Experience:
- Previous experience in customer support or as a virtual assistant is highly advantageous.
