Affiliate Manager Opportunity:

We're currently looking for a highly motivated individual for the role of Affiliate Manager. In this position, you'll be responsible for managing affiliate partnerships, nurturing current relationships, and exploring new collaborations. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of high-value affiliate accounts, focusing on growth.
• Actively seek out and develop new affiliate partnerships.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, collaborating on forecasts.
• Identify and incentivize top-performing affiliates through incentive programs.
• Develop monthly promotions and communications for affiliate marketers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance marketing campaigns.
• Research and cultivate relationships with new high-value affiliates.
• Implement strategies to improve the quality and yield of key affiliate partners.

Qualifications:

• Preferred 1 year of experience in iGaming or related industries.
• Energetic, positive, and enthusiastic with a "can-do" attitude.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with a team-oriented approach.
• Basic understanding of affiliate marketing metrics and cooperation models.
• Familiarity with sales, negotiation techniques, and internet marketing tools.
• Fluent in English.
• Applied experience in affiliate marketing is a plus.
