Responsibilities:
- Communicate with international customers (phone, email, live chat) in English and Spanish or French (B2 level or higher).
- Provide exceptional support to clients, resolving inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
- Efficiently enter and manage data within our database system.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless project completion.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Spanish or French (B2 or higher).
- Confident PC user with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and a quick learner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Stress resistant and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
