Junior Photographer - Sales Consultant

Working Period: Mid-April to late October/early November 2025

Job Description:

• Photograph hotel guests in the evening, in front of the main restaurant and other areas
• Sell printed photos displayed on boards the next morning during breakfast time, both individually and as part of a team
• Engage guests in a friendly and professional manner, inviting them to have their photos taken
• Offer photography services to couples, families, individuals, and groups
• Work in various hotels across different locations
• Active work in the hotel for 7 hours; additional duties include attending meetings, organizing tasks, and transportation to and from the hotel

Required Skills:

• Strong selling, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Photography experience preferred but not necessary; training will be provided
• Intermediate to advanced English speaking; knowledge of German, French, Polish, or Italian is preferred
• Valid B category driving license; active driver

Working Experience:

• Experience in event, cruise ship, or hotel photography
• Direct customer sales
• Background in hospitality, entertainment, or tourism industries

Benefits:

• Daily fixed salary of 50 EUR plus sales commission
• Total monthly earnings range from 1,700 EUR to 2,500 EUR (except for May, which ranges from 1,400 EUR to 1,800 EUR)
• Opportunity for career growth, with the potential to advance to Senior Photographer positions with higher earning potential
• Employer covers travel expenses for arrival and departure at the end of the season or six-month job agreement
• One day off per week or three times monthly

• Accommodation in a comfortable studio apartment (not shared) with A/C, small kitchen, bathroom, balcony, and internet access; employee pays 300 EUR monthly
