Job Opportunity: Expert Associate in Production at Hemofarm STADA
Workforce is collaborating with Hemofarm STADA, a leading producer of high-quality pharmaceutical products, to fill the position of Expert Associate in Production.
Location: Šabac
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve technological issues in production professionally.
- Contribute to the enhancement of production processes to improve quality, quantity, and productivity.
- Stay updated on global pharmaceutical manufacturing trends and propose the application of new technologies.
- Organize and conduct validation processes, and participate in new product transfers.
- Develop operational procedures adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Implement safety, health, and environmental protection measures.
- Provide training to department employees on operational procedures.
- Propose measures to address non-conforming product batches.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in technological or pharmaceutical studies.
- Proficiency in English.
- Attention to safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team and contribute to production goals.
