Job Responsibilities:
- Communication with international customers (reception and processing of incoming queries via phone, e-mail, live chat);
- Providing support to clients;
- Registration of information in the database;
- Interaction with internal departments on different levels regarding specific projects.
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent knowledge of one of the following languages: Bulgarian, Arabic, Spanish (B2 level and higher);
- Good knowledge of English;
- Confident PC user;
- Readiness and ability to learn;
- Communication skills;
- Stress resistance.
