Job Responsibilities:
Communication with international customers (reception and processing of incoming queries via phone, email, live chat);
Providing support to clients; assistance with current issues;
Registration of information in the database;
Interaction with internal departments on different levels regarding specific projects.
Required Qualifications:
Knowledge of one of the following languages: English, Hindi, Arabic (B2 level and higher);
Competent spoken and written language;
Confident PC user;
Readiness and ability to learn;
Communication skills;
Responsibility;
Stress resistance.
