To support the continued growth of their team in Inđija, Workforce is looking for an experienced engineer to take on the role of:

Job Description

• Design and develop accurate 3D models using CAD software, ensuring functionality, manufacturability, and compliance with project requirements
• Create detailed workshop and assembly drawings that guide production and ensure precision in manufacturing and installation processes
• Prepare, organize, and maintain complete technical documentation, including specifications, manuals, and revision histories, ensuring consistency and easy traceability
• Lead and coordinate technical projects from initial concept to final delivery, managing deadlines, resources, and communication among internal teams and external stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with suppliers and clients to clarify technical requirements, resolve design issues, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct comprehensive cost estimations for parts, assemblies, and systems, factoring in materials, labor, and production methods
• Prepare clear and competitive technical and commercial offers, supporting sales efforts and contributing to the successful acquisition of new projects

Requirements

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering (VII-1)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical design, engineering or similar positions
• Advanced knowledge of English language (spoken and written) is required
