Job Advertisement: Manager of the Contact Center
We are looking for a Manager of the Contact Center to join our large international company.
The main responsibilities include:
- Organization of smooth operation and effective functioning of the contact center;
- Participation in recruitment process and interaction with HR department;
- Implementation of planned indicators;
- Effective team management (competent task setting, quality control, employee training and development);
- Continuous analysis and improvement of the contact center work;
- Maintaining employee working schedules (including interchanges);
- Resolving financial and administrative matters;
- Preparation and analysis of performance reports.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in the position of Contact Center Manager or CCM Assistant or 2 years of experience as a Supervisor;
- Strong management skills;
- Ability to make independent and timely decisions;
- Responsibility and focus on results;
- Experience in CRM Systems (may be considered an advantage);
- Languages – Serbian, English at least C1 level, Russian as an advantage.
Conditions:
- Salary based on the results of the interview, depending on experience and skills (salary + KPI);
- Availability of additional benefits from the company;
- Official employment;
- Work schedule 5/2 (five days a week, two days off).
