For our client based in South Banat region, a manufacturing company with a long-standing tradition in flexible packaging solutions, known for its focus on sustainability, quality, and innovation across regional and international markets, we are looking for an experienced professional to take on the role of:
Job Description
- Full ownership of commercial strategy execution, aligning with the company’s long-term growth and profitability goals
- Active development and implementation of B2B sales strategies for both domestic and international markets, with a strong focus on EU partners
- Leading negotiations and finalizing deals with key clients and strategic suppliers
- Identifying new markets, channels, and export opportunities
- Planning and executing procurement of raw materials and packaging, ensuring cost-effective and timely supply chain flow
- Continuous monitoring and optimization of procurement conditions and risks, especially in cross-border transactions
- Managing and developing a multidisciplinary team across sales, procurement, logistics, and warehousing
- Coordinating inbound and outbound logistics and stock management processes, optimizing turnover rates and warehouse accuracy
- Driving process improvements and digital tools implementation within supply chain operations
- Cross-functional collaboration with production, finance, and controlling teams to ensure alignment of business objectives
Requirements
- University degree in Economics, Technical or Organizational Sciences
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial management (sales, procurement or operations)
- Proven track record in team leadership and performance development
- Strong knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel
- Excellent negotiation, organizational and communication skills
