Accounting & Reporting Specialist – Accounts Payable
Belgrade
Job description:
· Ensure accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices in compliance with relevant frameworks and local regulations
· Perform invoice verification and three-way matching with purchase orders and contracts, accurately post entries into the accounting system, and initiate payment processing
· Maintain high-quality accounting and reporting as a base for business steering and compliance
· Identify and address quality issues in invoice processing, communicating corrective actions to the team
· Perform reconciliations, analytical reviews, and maintain internal controls
· Collaborate with local teams and Shared Service Centers to improve financial operations
· Carry out internal and external audit-related work and other compliance activities
· Promote a safe working environment in accordance with company policies and values
Position requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
· 2–3 years of relevant experience (experience with Shared Service Centers or retail companies is an advantage)
· Mandatory SAP experience
· Ability to communicate in English
