Financial Operations Assistant
Location: Kragujevac
Work model: Second shift (aligned with US working hours)
Responsibilities
- Support daily financial and administrative operations
- Process invoices, reconciliations, and data entry
- Maintain accurate Excel spreadsheets and databases
- Communicate with US clients and internal teams to resolve operational issues
- Follow internal procedures and contribute to process improvements
- Collaborate closely with senior colleagues on time-sensitive tasks
Requirements
- Junior or entry-level candidate (previous experience in administration or finance is a plus, but not mandatory)
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, complex formulas)
- Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Positive attitude, initiative, and willingness to learn
