Workforce has partnered with an international manufacturer and distributor of technical and medical gases to support their expansion in Serbia. We are looking for motivated candidates for the position of Technical Sales Engineer, responsible for sales development and client relations across Central Serbia.
Responsibilities
– Sales development and management of key accounts and distributors in the areas of Čačak, Kragujevac, Kraljevo, Užice, Valjevo, Mladenovac, Smederevo, and Jagodina
– Coordination, support, and strengthening of professional relationships with existing clients and distributors
– Identification of new business opportunities and acquisition of new industrial customers
– Monitoring the realization of agreed terms and contracted sales
– Preparation of weekly and monthly action plans
– Regular reporting on performed activities and achieved results
Requirements
– University degree, preferably in Mechanical, Technological, or Chemical Engineering
– Experience in a similar role, ideally in B2B sales and/or working with distributors
– Good knowledge of the English language and MS Office
– Valid driver’s license and active driving status
– Initiative, flexibility, and a proactive sales approach
– Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
